850 MHz 54mm NMR magnet

The magnet is used for solid-state NMR of quadrupolar and low-gamma nuclei and for material applications, and also as a staging magnet for MagLab's 36 T series-connected-hybrid 1.5 GHz NMR system.

This instrument is located at the MagLab's Tallahassee headquarters.
